St. Margaret's has about 100 members on the parish roll with an average attendance of
about 50 at the one service held at 10:00 a.m. each Sunday morning. We use the BAS Eucharist format.
On the second Sunday of the month, we have Morning Prayer from the BCP, followed by a
"said" Eucharist from the BAS and on the fifth Sunday of each month (when there is one), we use the BAS format in the 1962 language.
Services are followed by a coffee hour and fellowship in the lower hall. This year we are
very proud to announce that we have installed an elevator in our church.
Those who found our stairs an insurmountable challenge, including members of the parish as well as visitors,
are now able to participate fully in all activities in the lower hall.
All support staff are volunteers and include organists, choir director and a choir of about twelve members; five lay ministers of word and sacrament (one of whom assists each Sunday), and four young members who assist as servers.
St Margaret's has an active Sunday School which meets separately during part of the Sunday service following the young people's talk. There are six church school leaders. We also have a young people's group: St. Margaret's Youth Group.
Although St. Margaret's is a smaller congregation, it is filled with many dedicated and caring people who are involved in several different groups within the parish.
