Church Groups

Sunday School:  Running from September to June using the curriculum from 'The Whole People of God'. Contact: Suzanne Fish

SMYG (St. Margaret's Youth Group):  Meets in school term-time on Thursdays froom 5:30 - 7:00p.m.- for young people Grade 4 up. Contact: Sue Mayoss-Hurd

Altar Guild:  A group of dedicated members who look after the communion vessels, altar linens and set up the altar for each service. Contact: Betty Sutherland

Anglican Church Women:  Includes all women in the Church and has an active membership of about 15-20. The ACW is very active in fund raising events including the annual bazaar, as well as several catering events throughout the year.  Meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 1:30 pm. Choir and Music: Choir practice takes place on Thursdays at 1:30 pm. New members and new musicians are always welcome.  Contact: Phyllis Papineau

Men's Breakfast: Meets at 8:00 a.m. on 3rd Saturday of month (from September to May) in the Lower Church Hall.   Come out and join the fellowship! Contact: Kit Carson 767-9337

Special Events:  Different church groups take responsibility for special events throughout the year, for fun and fellowship and to raise funds for Church causes and outreach projects.  Contact: Lyn Stewart

Study Groups:  Christian Basics Course (Emmaus, Alpha); Lent Courses and other Study Groups take place throughout the year. This year the parish will also be hosting the Education for Ministry Course (EFM). Contact: Sue Mayoss-Hurd

Worship Committee:  Special Worship events and hymn selection. Contact: Sue Mayoss-Hurd

Church Grounds & Maintenance  Responsible for general maintenance. Contact: Doug Ross & Gerry Mairs
